Meet Karen
As a native of the picturesque Lake Champlain Valley, Karen serves both Vermont and New York as a distinguished real estate advisor, offering unmatched expertise and an intimate knowledge of the local region. Karen holds a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh and has an impressive background in real estate, economic and community development, land use planning, housing, commercial and downtown development, and marketing and sales.
Recognized as a leader in the industry, she was honored as the 2022 REALTOR® of the Year for the Northwest Region of Vermont and has been nationally acclaimed in Real Trends 2023. With a 2023 sales volume surpassing $20,000,000, Karen has cemented her reputation as a top-performing agent at Four Seasons Sotheby's in the Lake Champlain Valley.
In addition to her professional achievements, Karen is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. Karen resides in South Burlington with her husband, who owns a local HVAC company. Their family is equally accomplished: her son is a Champlain College graduate based in Seattle, and her daughter, an Endicott College graduate with a Master’s in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, now lives in the Boston area.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Karen enjoys running, hiking, boating, and traveling. She also loves attending sporting events, experiencing live music, and spending quality time with friends and family.
